Terms and conditions for loans

All equipment is loaned under the following terms and conditions:

• The title of the goods remain the property of Spirit Data Capture, until the customer has either returned the goods or paid for the goods in full.
• Any faulty or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
• If, after the evaluation period, the equipment is not returned, Spirit will invoice the customer for immediate settlement.
• The goods will be checked and tested within 48 hours of return. Spirit will invoice for any damaged or missing items (this includes power suppliers, power cables and memory storage cards). The equipment must not be opened or reverse engineered in an way and no upgrades of firmware or software can be loaded into the equipment without the express permission of Spirit Data Capture.
• Spirit will invoice the customer for carriage. The cost of return carriage will be borne by the customer.
