Spirit offers a structured programme of Service Review Meetings during the solution’s operational lifecycle so that you can continue to enjoy all of its key benefits.

 
Raising and resolving issues

We arrange regular meetings with you and also with the manufacturing partner’s service team. These meetings are designed to discuss any issues; to provide feedback; and to ensure that any problems that have arisen with any aspect of the solution are addressed. The items we review include:

  • Hardware-related issues
  • Software-related issues
  • Open issues that are discussed and actioned

We also hold follow-up meetings to ensure that any issues are resolved rapidly and effectively. The Service Review Meeting also provides you with a good opportunity to discuss any new mobile computing requirements that you might have.
