Rugged laptop and tablet PCs are ideal for applications where a large screen size is required.

Rugged tablet PC's have an IP rating (Ingress Protection) of 54 or above and thus can be used in environments with dust and water/rain. Find out more about IP Ratings.

Rugged tablet PCs are available with multiple input options such as bar-code reader and touch screen. Many combine WPAN (Bluetooth), WLAN (802.11b/g) and WWAN (GSM/GPRS) radio communication options and can include GPS.
