Our support offerings are designed to provide you with responsive and efficient technical support, whatever your needs.

Pre-sales support

Our pre-sales team is ready to support you throughout the trial and evaluation of your enterprise mobility solution. Our pre-sales consultants are highly trained and can therefore give comprehensive support across all of our products and services.

Helpdesk

Our helpdesk services are free of charge and provide a fast and friendly way of helping you with all of your technical enquiries.

  • Support requests are logged either online, via email or by telephone.
  • Support calls are managed through our Helpdesk system, which allows the fast tracking and escalation of issues.
  • Our system enables our Helpdesk engineers to be pro-active, informing you about new updates and fixes.

Technical support

 

All of our technical support engineers are authorised and accredited by the appropriate manufacturers (e.g. Motorola, Cisco).

  • Technical support is available on either a contract or non-contract basis.
  • We offer pre-purchased call-out plans (voucher system).
  • Our engineers can also be ‘rented’ as required, on an hourly, daily or weekly basis.
